FM-T1020 NO Plastic Coating Machine

Application:

This machine is used for printing and water based coating, front of paper with multi-color printing, high precision of registration, backside of the paper with water based coating, large drying unit is on the top. The machine is high speed, energy saving and environmentally friendly.

Function Units:

1.  Unwinding Unit

* Shaftless unwinding unit - ( nonstop unwinder & rewinder )

* Unwind unit 60”(1524mm)capacity

* Mandrel 3” and 6” diameter

* Hydraulic paper shaft lifting and descending device: mainly used for loading and unloading of paper rollers, no need of forklift or other handling tools

* Web break sensor, automatically shut down when paper broken

2．Web Guiding System ( 1 set in unwinding part & 1 set in rewinding part )

• Paper Splicing Table : with pneumatic paper holding device.
• Ball screw electric actuator
• Adopt the photoelectric sensor for web guide transmission
• Electronic web guide traction device. If there is any excursion in paper feeding,the system will have a constant and accurate adjustment
• Adopt closed loop control system to accurately detect the deviation and correct it
• Hard Anodization to the paper guide HV 800-1000
• Inspection:the edge
• Web Guide precision:±0.02mm

3. In-feed Tension Control Unit

• Use the double side pressure rubber roller to clutch and feed paper and to ensure the tension

4. Coating Unit

• The coating is equipped with main power motor for setting the main speed.
• Special motor is used for coating ration. Through the scale setting of the computer, matching the relationship between formula and material provided by Fengming company, coating is finished according to the speed.
• The scraper part of Fengming company has independent intellectual property rights system. Its air volume is setted according to the curve of the computer and the infinite regulation by special blower.
• The glue supplying part is controlled by pneumatic diaphragm pump.
• Adopt 45# roll Φ89 thickness 15mm food grade rubber rollers
• Use air knife design for coating

5. Drying Unit

• Adopt oven for heating control.
• Each oven has three parts:
• Air blower -- provide air source for oven circulation.
• Hot air oven -- used for the preheating of circulating air source.The heating control of this part comes from the temperature controller located in the main operating panel.
• Infrared heat source - to provide a more direct, efficient radiation heat source.The working power is calculated and controlled according to man-machine exchange curve setting and machine speed.
• Two different heating parts of each oven are equipped with independent low-voltage control system.Users can turn off the heating function as needed and use it as an air cooling function.
• The overroller in the oven is provided with bearing.However, in order to reduce abrasion, there is an independent power system for the roller.Thus reducing the friction over the roller.
• The oven is equipped with waste air discharging system.For exhaust emissions.
• The outlet of the oven is equipped with an air cooling system to cool the surface of the material.

6. Rewinding Unit

• rewind unit 60’’(1524mm)capacity
• Web break sensor, automatically shut down when paper broken
• Hydraulic oil cylinder for lifting
• With quick inflating gun for 3” rewinding shaft

7.  Water Cooling System

• This part is added after air cooling system, before rewinder unit.
• Two “S” type water cooling roller, with separated servo motor drive
• Chiller is with separated air compressor
