Warranty Duration

The duration of Novus limited product warranty varies by specific product.The warranty for any dryer, flat iron, curling iron, styling iron, or beauty shower applies for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase if the product is defective in workmanship or materials. The PROi warranty applies for forty-eight (48) months from the date of purchase if the product is defective in workmanship or materials.

If the warranty applies and the product is within the applicable warranty period, Novus will typically replace components or replace the product entirely, at no additional charge to the consumer.
Novus reserves the right to require that the product be returned to Novus for inspection; however, T3 Micro may in its discretion decide that a return is unnecessary.
