Coating Machine Configuration Description:
FM-TL1350 is a coating machine with special technology developed by Wenzhou Fengming Machinery Co., Ltd. to respond to the trend of green environmental protection and effectively replace the production of paper products with PE / PLA laminating technology. This machine is designed for thin paper without plastic coating. The lower part of this machine adopts PLC for logic control, and the upper part adopts touch screen for man-machine exchange. The power of the whole machine is driven by frequency conversion and motion controller. The coating speed is steplessly adjusted through the man-machine exchange interface. The drying system adopts dual control of temperature control and speed curve to provide a more concise, safe and humanized experience for operation and maintenance.

- Unwinding system: adopts a rotary automatic feeding and unwinding system, unwinding adopts asynchronous servo drive, A and B axis reloading through a rotating motor, automatic cutter mechanism to achieve high-speed non-stop lap joint paper.
- Tension adopts frequency converter to control asynchronous servo for active discharging, and the discharging speed is controlled by frequency converter vector to make the whole machine reach a constant tension.
- The process adopts EPC correction device to correct the deviation of the original paper.
A. Coating device
- The coating adopts Yaskawa servo to control the coating anilox roller for quantitative coating.
- The glue supply part is controlled by a pneumatic diaphragm pump.
B. Drying part
- Fengming special curved thin paper coating oven
- The oven is equipped with an automatic paper threading mechanism, which is convenient and quick to thread paper, and avoids the high temperature contact between workers and the oven.
- It is worth noting that the unique structure of the oven can effectively solve the serious curling and wrinkling problems after thin paper coating.
- The passing roller in the oven is equipped with bearings. But in order to reduce scratches, an independent over-roller power system is specially equipped. Thereby reducing the friction tendency of the roller.
- The whole oven is equipped with a waste discharge system. Used for exhaust gas emission.
- The outlet of the oven is equipped with an air cooling system to cool the surface of the material.
C. Receiving and traction
- This part is equipped with a small traction power, and a tension swing arm is used for speed deviation compensation. (According to the production material, it can be dispensed with, just separate the traction roller)
- This group is equipped with an EPC correction system before receiving, which is used to correct the skewing of the paper after the long paper path runs. The winding can better present a flat end surface.
D. Rewinding part
- Using rotary A and B axis automatic roll changing device.
1. The rewinding adopts asynchronous servo control of A and B rolls, and the A and B rolls can be changed at a high speed without stopping the machine through the cutter mechanism.
2. The winding is equipped with an automatic correction system, and the paper is automatically corrected to ensure the smooth winding of the paper.
3. The rewinding is equipped with a slitting mechanism to realize the random control of large and small rolls.
E. Water cooling system (this system is optional for customers according to their requirements)
- This system can provide an efficient cooling unit after air cooling and before winding. Forced cooling for some products with large thermal inertia.
- There are two forced cooling water rolls arranged in "S" type, and the power of the water rolls comes from a separate drive motor.
- The energy source for cooling is an independent refrigeration exchange unit with a compressor. Independent control of cooling water temperature.
